A Spiritually Life Changing and Healing RetreatThis 14-day spiritual adventure is truly the opportunity of a lifetime. It is your opportunity to visit the Casa de Dom Inácio, located in the central Brazilian plateau southwest of Brasília, to be with the world famous spiritual healer John of God. On this journey you will be in the company of like-minded people, with experienced guides and metaphysical teachers. |
|
|
|
The Healer João de Deus is John of GodThis unconscious medium, who incorporates more than 30 healing entities, has been responsible for astonishing healings of body, mind, spirit and personal-growth for many years. Virtually unknown in America until several years ago, he was recently the subject of TV specials on the Discovery Channel, ABC’s Primetime and Oprah. Click here to watch the film clip shown of Oprah in November 2010 (and many other similar clips).
This trip will led by Ernest Chu, a best selling author and the founder of The Soul Currency Institute. Ernie was recently interviewed on The Oprah Winfrey Show about his experiences with John of God. He has been a medium at the Casa since 2003 and is recognized by the Entities as a “Beloved Son of the Casa". Steve Hooks has also experienced a personal healing at the Casa. He has been leading travel groups for more than 20 years and is the founder of Journey Different where he specializes in "Spiritual Travel and Tours that Celebrate the Fun and Delightful in Life while Exploring the Heritage and Expansion of Conscious Awareness". |
|
Healing Miracles come from the Source of Unconditional Love
Spiritual masters like Ram Dass, Father Ron Roth, and Dr. Michael Bernard Beckwith are but a few of the many spiritual teachers who have deepened their relationship with God and are supported by the compassionate spirits of Abadiânia.
João Teixeira de Faria has been working with these Entities for more than 55 years. Affectionately know as João de Deus, this gentle, unassuming man has become one of Brazil’s greatest national treasures working with the poorest of the poor, with millions of farmers and laborers as well as with foreign visitors and dignitaries from virtually every country.
John of God does not charge for his work; it is made possible by donations from the many people throughout the world whose lives he has changed.

From
another visitor’s perspective
(John Gage, who went to the Casa in 2005 on one of Ernie's guided tours), “Looking back, it all seems to
make perfect sense, even when illogical. When
I first entered the assembly hall, an irresistible Loving
Presence wrapped Itself around me that was, at once, the
happiest and saddest I’d ever felt — happy that I’d found the
Presence again, sad that I’d forgotten It for so long.
“I came into a kind of synchronous state with Spirit. During
prayerful meditation, I’d ask questions and was immediately
given answers in my ‘knowing intuition’. I saw dense energies
with my eyes closed and could ‘visit’ friends thousands of miles
away with healing. After my spiritual surgery, I ‘knew’ not to
walk in sunlight, jump into the frigid pool or do anything
strenuous.
"Friends had taken my picture to the Entities the year before I actually
visited the Casa. Curious events even before I arrived suddenly made sense as preparation for what I was about to
experience.
“I was given the healing of an incredible sense of
self-worthiness, loving good-will and gratitude that people
noticed when I returned home. Later, my consciousness was
called back to the Casa on several occasions to lend my energy
(as it seemed) during a procedure. Perhaps not everyone has a
remarkable or even noticeable physical healing but I suspect
each and every visitor to the Casa has a unique and powerful spiritual
healing.

“The mending of my disintegrated vertebrae continued
noticeably for
another two years, after which I found I was almost two inches
shorter but MRI’s confirmed my spine to be complete and sound.
My brother and neurosurgeon, who’d been insisting I must have
another fusion, was completely confounded.
"Now,
7 years later, I still drink the blessed “holy” water, I still
ask for and I’m occasionally still aware of the Entities working in
me, healing my mind and body.”

Decide today to
embark on
this healing journey to at
the Casa Dom Inácio. It
will surely be the spiritual adventure of your life time as you
flow into your own divine appointment with healing love and
connection. Send you picture or register to join us going to
the Casa. Then drink the blessed water, immerse yourself in the
transforming waters of the sacred waterfall, find balance and
the deep soul attunement of the crystal beds. Experience a
curiously surprising and resounding peacefulness that you will
bring home with you.
This is an exploration not only in faith, but of boldly stepping
out into the newness and promise of Spirit and all you are meant
to be amid the richness and diversity of the Brazilian culture.
When you are there, you are reminded of the words: “Welcome
home…we have been waiting for you.”

Why journey with us to see John of God? What we offer that's special.
Our guides are
Metaphysical teachers and trainers. Our
focus is purely on facilitating your healing experience and
spiritual awakening. Rev. Ernie is also a
“Beloved Son” of the Casa, recognized by the Entities with special access to the functions and staff of
the Casa and Medium João himself. He and has
returned with groups many times.
You will likely have
many unusual experiences, especially
after spiritual (intervention) or physical surgery (by
volunteering) and particularly during Meditation in the
Current Room. Our guides are prepared for the
unexpected. In Current you are holding the highest and
best for the hundreds, even thousands, of people slowly
moving toward the Entity. Meanwhile
you
are being healed — your receive while you give.
While sitting
in current a lot of the healing occurs, the
spirits are working on you and even do some invisible
operations. This is where core beliefs and emotions that
cause pain and illness are released and resolved.
Many other perceptions may happen and your
experience will
be unique to you alone. It’s hard to imagine beforehand how
important it is to have seasoned veterans with whom to
counsel and discuss your experiences on the physical,
emotional, and spiritual levels in terms of Metaphysical
Principles.
We have an ongoing
spiritual educational program and
discussion nightly. This assists in creating a safe and
loving community feeling. It allows you to sink deeply into
your spiritual experience which would otherwise be impeded
by figuring out the customs and procedures at the Casa.
We assist in conducting Sunday morning Metaphysical and
interfaith services.
No other group trip offers the
total round-the-clock support
that we do. Ours is a small group with, not just one group
leader, but three. There is a support facilitator and guide
for every 6 people.
We have carefully chosen the best and most convenient,
closest to the Casa, place to stay, The Hotel Amazonas.
Our meals will be taken in their dining room and they have
special group dining and meeting facilities for our use.
You won’t need to pack heavily as laundry is collected twice
a week for a very small fee.
We have arranged all land travel in exclusive air
conditioned motor coaches and have special taxis available
for those wishing to make individual side trips. Luggage is
handled for you in another truck.
We offer
special and unusual side trips. Although we cannot
confirm this in advance, in the past we have been invited to
one of Medium João’s farms for a lunch of traditional local
foods. A swimming lake has been prepared for Casa visitors
to visit, and this too may be available. Our guides have
come to know other world-famous healing mediums and authors
who live close to the Casa or are in residence frequently.
As trusted friends we can usually arrange some quite unusual
presentations with them.
In the past we have arranged private meeting time with
Medium João , and photo opportunities with he and others at
the Casa. When not incorporating, he is quite charming and
friendly.
Cultural orientation: The culture of all of Brazil, like
most of Central and South America can be disconcerting for
arriving Americans used to our relatively instant-action
timeliness and precise instructions culture. Time is a
fluid thing in Brazil and at the Casa, things tend to get
done when it’s appropriate for them to happen. This works
smoothly for the Casa but can be inscrutable and confusing
at first. You’ll be thankful for the experience of so
totally letting things happen at the perfect time in the
best right way for
you!
Casa conventions: We spare you the shock of arriving
directly to the town of Abadiãnia all ajumble with long
travel, finding where to stay, getting settled, trying to
get familiar with the locale and then trying to figure out
the customs and procedures of the Casa, where all directions
are in Portuguese. Many a visitor gets in the wrong line or
at the wrong time. Some even miss a visit with the Entity
or leave after one day or only one week. All this is
handled for you so as not to encroach on the healing
experience you are meant to have.
Local customs: We introduce you first to Brazil and the
International Culture, then take you further inland and
provide orientation to the locale customs and particularly
the procedures at Casa. We then go with you as guides and
translator, help you understand what’s going on in an
experience that may resemble nothing in your previous frame
of reference.
Likewise, on the return trip, we provide a
reentry buffer
zone, after the Spiritual Community and the calm, peaceful
pace of the Casa, before you run headlong into the
rush-around world of ticket agents, hard schedules and the
details of customs agents and security measures for
reentering the US.
We provide a relaxed and comfortable guided tour of Brasília including stops at the National Cathedral and participation in programs at The Temple of Peace. We even include a stop at the indigenous marketplace for Brazilian crafts. You will truly be thankful for time to recollect your thoughts and emotions before jumping back into everyday life.
When you leave
the healing energy of the Casa, you bring a little of it back
with you,
it is in your heart forever.
“Welcome home…we have been waiting for you!”
