COST:
 

Cost is $1,298 per person, double occupancy, land package.    Download Reservation Form below.
$1,448 after September 20th.
  A deposit of $500 is required to reserve your space with full payment by October 5th.

QUOTED COST INCLUDES: 
Roundtrip transfers between Puerto Vallarta Airport and our retreat resort, all Page Held yoga classes, accommodations for 7 days/6 nights and three meals daily. Cabana space at the resort is limited, it is not always possible to accommodate requests for single rooms. Ask about cost for Single Supplement.  We are happy to arrange a roommate for you.

NOT INCLUDED: Flights between home and Puerto Vallarta, massages and spa treatments, tips for resort staff, off-site excursions, items of a personal nature, alcoholic beverages.

RESERVATIONS
A deposit of $500 per person is required for reservation with payment in full due by October 5, 2010.  Payments should be made to: Journey Different, Inc. and mailed to 2713 NE 15th St, Suite-6, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304.  Or use the link below for secure online payments.  Registrations are accepted based on current availability.  For assistance or questions, contact Steve@JourneyDifferent.com or 954-257-4711.

FINAL PAYMENT |
Once your deposit is received, a confirmation letter will be mailed to you. An invoice specifying your final payment will be included. Full amount is due by October 5, 2010. If final payment is not received by this date, Journey Different, Inc. reserves the right to cancel your reservation and invoke cancellation fees.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
Should you need to cancel your trip, we will refund your full payment less a $100 fee and booking guarantees to date. After October 15th refunds are not possible.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE
We will include information about a Travel Protection Plan with your confirmation. A Travel Protection Plan (Cancellation Insurance) is strongly recommended for each traveler.

MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
At least 15 people must participant in this retreat in order for it to operate. Journey Different, Inc. reserves the right to cancel this program if the minimum number of participants has not been reached. If Journey Different, Inc. must cancel, you will be refunded in full and no administrative fee will be charged to you.

CHANGES
If you need to change your travel plans, let us know as soon as possible. A service fee of $75 per person will be charged for any change made 60 days or less prior to the departure.

PASSPORTS
U.S. Citizens traveling to Mexico must possess a valid U.S. passport. Most foreign countries demand that the passport be valid for at least 6 months after the tour has been completed.

FLIGHTS
Several major US airlines fly non-stop from Miami into Puerto Vallarta. Both Mexican airlines that operate flights between Miami and Puerto Vallarta offer highly discounted fares if you are willing to make a connection via their hub in Mexico City. Please book your flights to arrive Puerto Vallarta by 3:00 PM on Saturday, October 23rd 2010. Your return flights on Saturday, October 30th should be scheduled for departure after 1:00 PM.

TRANSFERS
We will arrange group transfers from the airport in Puerto Vallarta to the retreat resort on Saturday, October 23rd and back to the airport on Saturday, October 30th at additional cost. If you plan to travel to Puerto Vallarta before October 23rd please contact us to make arrangements for transportation to the resort.

ACTIVITIES and EXCURSIONS
Spa treatments, Yoga instruction, Massage services, Horseback riding, Zip Line Canopy Tour, and a Sunset or Snorkel Catamaran tour are just a few of the wonderful excursions available at additional cost. For more information contact SteveHooks@JourneyDifferent.com 954-257-4711.

DISCLAIMER
Journey Different, Inc. (hereinafter “Tour Operator”) and/or its representatives shall act only as independent contractors for various and independent suppliers of services in connection with its tours in making arrangements for accommodation, transport, meals, or any other service, and does not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, inconvenience, expense, damage or loss of property, death, cancellation, change in itinerary, accident, irregularity or delay due to an act of negligence of, or default of, any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour, or by an act of God. Further, the Tour Operator is not responsible for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or any other causes. No responsibility shall be incurred for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or other acts of any government or other authority. The airline, steamship and railroad companies concerned are not responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. The passenger contract issued by the airlines, steamship and railroad companies, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between such companies, and the purchaser of these tours and/or passengers. All baggage is at the owner's risk throughout the tours, and the Tour Operator is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to baggage. The right is reserved to withdraw any tour listed herein, and/or to make such changes in the tour as may be found desirable for the convenience, comfort and/or welfare of the parties and the proper carrying out of the tour, without any penalty to the Tour Operator. Additional expenses, if any, will be borne by the passenger. In certain circumstances, it may be necessary to revise the routing of the itinerary. If due to such circumstances a change becomes necessary in the sole opinion of the Tour Operator, hotels substituted shall be of the same quality as those listed in the itinerary. The Tour Operator assumes no financial liability for any resulting losses, expenses, or inconvenience. No refunds will be made for portions of transport, tours, rooms, or meals, and no credit can be allowed for unused accommodation. The full tour cost will be refunded, however, if the entire tour is cancelled by the Tour Operator prior to the published departure date. Unless otherwise noted, all prices are per person, based on two persons sharing a cabin or hotel room. Prices are based on rates in effect (including foreign exchange rates) at the time of printing and are thus subject to increase or decrease without notice. The Tour Operator is not responsible for any typographical errors and/or other inadvertent written errors.
